Empresa Tecnológica dedicada a la renta y administración de propiedades de alto valor, esta en busca de un Customer Success especializado en atención al cliente.
Responsabilidades del puesto:
- Garantizar que los procesos de atención al cliente cumplan con los estándares de calidad establecidos , además de la gestión de incidentes relacionados con el servicio o las instalaciones, actuando como el contacto para resolver disputas en plataforma
Requisitos del puesto:
- Experiencia previa en áreas de calidad, atención al cliente, preferentemente en el sector hotelero.
- Manejo de Otas ( Airbnb, Booking, Expedia, Vrbo)
- Gestión de la Experiencia del Cliente
Capacidad analítica para medir el éxito de la relación,
Experiencia con herramientas tecnológicas.
- Habilidades para resolver problemas, capacidad para comunicarse eficazmente con los huéspedes, comprender sus necesidades y transmitir soluciones claras y amigables.
- Habilidades Analíticas

- Lunes a Viernes: 9:00 am a 7:00 pm. Sábados de 9:00 am a 3 p.m

Escolaridad:
- Lic. en Turismo, Relaciones Públicas, Administración Empresas o a fin.
Experiencia:
- Recepción: 1 año (Deseable)
- Oficina: 1 año (Deseable)

Pay: $16, $18,000.00 per month
