Labor Relations Specialist
**Descripción de las funciones**:
Administración de personal sindicalizado asegurando el cumplimiento del Contrato Colectivo de Trabajo, manteniendo una excelente relación laboral entre Personal Empresa-Sindicato-Trabajador.
- Administración y cumplimiento al CCT (Prestaciones)
- Mantener la estabilidad laboral, mediar y solucionar conflictos entre Empresa-Sindicato-Trabajador
- Proveer de personal calificado a la planta de Ensamble y Estampados de acuerdo a la asignación de Ingeniería Industrial.
- Llevar a cabo todo tipo de promociones como: incrementos de sueldo, contratos planta, transferencia entre otros.
- Supervisión y mejora continua a los servicios de comedor, transporte e instalaciones sanitarias
- Comunicación oportuna y anticipada a los nuevos proyectos de las plantas para obtener el apoyo del sindicato.
- Responsable de iniciativas que nos permitan reducir el ausentismo y rotación.
- Participar en investigación de actos y condiciones inseguras en el Complejo.
- Utilización de la herramienta TWTTP/ HERCA
- Experiência mínima de 5 años en Relaciones Laborales
- Inglés conversacional a nível profesional
- Nível superior concluido, indispensable estar titulado
- Contar con sentido de urgencia
- Habilidad para priorizar actividades y administración del tiempo
- Atención al detalle
