Summary
Coordinates and manages payroll systems. Promotes a disciplined operating culture and develops improvement strategies to support business objectives. Work transversally to plan, execute and maintain improvements in business processes.
Key responsibilities and main activities:
Main Activities and Responsibilities
- Manage staff registrations and terminations
- Coordinates allocation and generation of payroll and pantry bank accounts
- Coordinates assignment of fingerprints in the system for the registration of entry and exit of personnel
- Manages generation and printing of Pre-payroll for personnel corrections as well as corrections of the same.
- Supervises review of overtime requisitions vs. payroll system and correction of them
- Supervises review and process of personal and IMSS permits.
- Supervises staff vacation registration.
- Supervises registration of discounts and payments to personnel within the payroll system.
- Coordinates payroll calculation and review.
- Generation, printing, signing and capture of payroll checks in the banking portal.
- She coordinates the replacement of bank cards, as well as groceries.
- Supervises attention to personnel with doubts regarding payroll payments, fonacot, loans, etc.
- Payment of Severance Payments to personnel who have already been dismissed.
- He supervises the registration of Registrations, Cancellations and Salary Modifications before IMSS.
- Preparation of monthly and bimonthly payment of IMSS and Infonavit
- Acceptance of Infonavit Notifications.
- Work with bimonthly integration before IMSS
Experience/Skills
- A career in management/accounting is required in order.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position is required
- Experience in payroll management.
- Customer service.
- Personnel Management
Verbal skills
- English proficiency: high
- You must be able to communicate effectively with colleagues throughout the organization.
- Ability to generate reports and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to employee questions.
Math Skills
- Mathematical skills for efficiency calculations, consumption, response times, capacity, cycle times, financial calculation, etc.
- Mathematical skills for problem solving and information analysis.
Reasoning ability
- Deductive reasoning capacity.
- This position requires the ability to organize thoughts and priorities under considerable pressure.
- Must be able to reason and solve problems based on technical understanding of needs and procedures.
- Ability to define problems and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret a wide variety of technical instructions and address both abstract and concrete variables.
Computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
- TRESS System
- Sistemas SUA, IDSE, SIPARE
- SODEXO portal management.
- Management of the banking portal.
Physical requirements
- Occasionally you may be required to spend extended periods sitting, reviewing documents in front of a monitor.
- Walking may be necessary to perform process-related tasks.
