As we scale globally, we are looking for a Vendor & Operations Manager who can run complex operations independently, lead vendor relationships with authority, and protect both margins and customer experience at every stage.
The Role
This is a senior, high-impact operations role with direct influence on revenue, margins, product quality, inventory health, and customer satisfaction.
You will work closely with our CEO and leadership team, owning vendor relationships, production execution, inventory planning, logistics, and third-party operations. This role is ideal for someone who thinks strategically, executes decisively, and takes full ownership without waiting for direction.
Key ResponsibilitiesVendor & Supplier Management
Lead all vendor, supplier and factory relationships with clarity, urgency, and authority—setting expectations, enforcing timelines, and maintaining strict quality standards.
Negotiate strategically to secure the best pricing, protect margins, and ensure consistent ROI.
Hold vendors accountable for execution; identify performance issues early and implement long-term corrective solutions.
Negotiate refunds, discounts, chargebacks, and financial compensation when errors, delays, or quality issues occur.
Establish and maintain backup suppliers to mitigate operational and production risk.
Production, Quality Control & Product Lifecycle Oversight
Oversee the full production lifecycle—from pre-production through final shipment.
Review and approve samples, photos, videos, and production updates to ensure design and quality alignment.
Enforce quality control checks prior to shipment and verify accuracy of pack lists and shipment documentation.
Manage SKU lifecycle, including product launches, restocks, and end-of-life inventory planning.
Inventory, Logistics & Operations Leadership (B2C & B2B)
Own inventory forecasting and demand planning to prevent stockouts and overstock across all channels.
Manage CRM and inventory systems including barcoding, SKUs, product pages, invoices, and reporting.
Oversee WMS and 3PL operations, including ASN creation, order management, SKU syncing, and document uploads.
Track shipments from factory to warehouse and final destination; proactively resolve transit, customs, or carrier issues.
Coordinate with shipping carriers, freight partners, and fulfillment centers to eliminate delays and control costs.
Act as liaison between Vendors, Product Development, Wholesale, Customer Service, and Leadership teams.
Research, Strategy & Continuous Improvement
Research and onboard new factories, suppliers, and fulfillment centers to support growth and scalability.
Analyze market pricing, negotiation trends, and industry benchmarks to strengthen vendor strategy.
Research sustainable materials, production methods, and cost-effective innovations aligned with brand values.
Build, document, and enforce SOPs to improve efficiency, consistency, and accountability across operations.
Leadership & Ownership
Lead with high standards, direct communication, and continuous feedback.
Take full ownership of projects from concept to execution, ensuring measurable results.
Identify problems early, propose solutions first, and follow through until resolution is complete.
Collaborate cross-functionally while maintaining accountability and momentum.
Uphold a culture of precision, reliability, and proactive improvement.
Must-Have Qualifications
3+ years of experience in vendor management, operations, or supply chain roles (e-commerce or manufacturing preferred).
Proven negotiation experience with suppliers, factories, and third-party vendors
Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify; familiarity with Amazon Seller Central is a plus.
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to give direct feedback, make decisions, and enforce accountability.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including automation and forecasting.
Experience working with WMS/3PL systems and managing ASNs, inventory syncing, and logistics workflows.
Knowledge of tariffs, customs, import/export regulations, and cross-border shipping.
Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
