Work schedule: Monday-Friday full time from office.
*What You'll Do:*
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
- Follow up on employee concerns or investigations.
- Guarantee legal, policy & procedure compliance.
- Manage labor relations concerns and/or inquiries (if applicable). Executes disciplinary measures.
- Execute PIP's when applicable.
- To execute termination of contract, termination or resign and to carry out exit interview surveys.
- Lead orientation and onboarding activities.
- Local Activities for retention and work environment.
- Develop relationships and support employees
What Is Required:
- Bachelor Degree in Administration, Psychology or equivalent.
- Advanced English skills
- 3-5 Years Of Experience as Generalist or similar roles in HR.
- Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis and problem solving.
