Querétaro | Autoliv MQL, Parque Bernardo Quintana | On site

Work schedule: Monday-Friday full time from office.

*What You'll Do:*

  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
  • Follow up on employee concerns or investigations.
  • Guarantee legal, policy & procedure compliance.
  • Manage labor relations concerns and/or inquiries (if applicable). Executes disciplinary measures.
  • Execute PIP's when applicable.
  • To execute termination of contract, termination or resign and to carry out exit interview surveys.
  • Lead orientation and onboarding activities.
  • Local Activities for retention and work environment.
  • Develop relationships and support employees

What Is Required:

  • Bachelor Degree in Administration, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Advanced English skills
  • 3-5 Years Of Experience as Generalist or similar roles in HR.
  • Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis and problem solving.
