En Paradero Hotels, buscamos crear el primer Paradero AI, reinventando el futuro de la hospitalidad de lujo desde México. Esta idea nace con una misión clara: diseñar un sistema operativo inteligente para hoteles que combine el alma del servicio humano con el poder transformador de la inteligencia artificial.

Como parte del Future Leadership Program, buscamos a jóvenes líderes con alto potencial que quieran construir productos desde cero, automatizar procesos clave de la industria hotelera, y crecer profesionalmente en la intersección entre diseño, hospitalidad y tecnología. Este programa es una vía rápida hacia roles de liderazgo en Paradero, trabajando mano a mano con los fundadores y con equipos multidisciplinarios.

Actualmente tenemos dos roles abiertos:
1. AI Product Manager
¿Qué harás?
- Trabajar directamente con el cofundador para identificar oportunidades y convertir problemas operativos en soluciones digitales.
- Diseñar y lanzar los primeros "agentes" de inteligencia artificial que automaticen tareas clave en ventas, marketing, recursos humanos y operaciones.
- Colaborar con ingenieros, diseñadores y equipos de hotel para desarrollar MVPs funcionales.
- Escuchar activamente a los usuarios (empleados y huéspedes) para iterar sobre productos internos que eventualmente escalarán como soluciones SaaS globales.
¿Quién eres?
- Estás por terminar la universidad o recientemente te graduaste.
- Te entusiasma el potencial de la IA para mejorar experiencias humanas.
- Tienes una mentalidad constructiva y te apasiona crear herramientas desde cero.
- Te comunicas con claridad en español e inglés.
Plus: Ya has explorado herramientas como ChatGPT, Notion AI o LangChain.

2. ML Engineer
¿Qué harás?
- Desarrollar el backend de agentes inteligentes para automatizar procesos como mensajería con huéspedes, entrenamiento de personal, compras y más.
- Integrar herramientas como OpenAI, LangChain y Pinecone para construir asistentes contextuales.
- Implementar sistemas RAG usando manuales internos, SOPs y datos reales de operación hotelera.
- Trabajar con Product Managers y operadores para lanzar soluciones útiles, funcionales y escalables.
¿Quién eres?
- Estás por terminar tus estudios o recientemente te graduaste en ciencias computacionales, ingeniería, matemáticas o inteligencia artificial.
- Tienes experiencia con Python, APIs y plataformas en la nube (como AWS o GCP).
- Te entusiasma el potencial de los LLMs y la automatización para resolver problemas reales.
- Eres fluido en español y tienes buen manejo del inglés.
Plus: Has trabajado con Zapier, Retool, LangChain o pequeños agentes automatizados.
