Descripción y detalle de las actividades
- Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols using C-TPAT standards and also EAO. - Maintains receiving, warehousing, distribution and shipping operations. - Controls inventory levels by conducting daily and annual physical counts, experience in cycle counts procedure. - Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts - Expertise in inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement. - Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. - Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. - Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. - Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. - Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops - Strong analytical in material logistics

Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience - At least 3 years of experience managing warehouse, including inventory, materials administration and employees supervision - ERP experience - Proficient in MS office - Ability to do presentations - Experience in continuous improvement projects - Schedule availability
