What You'll Do: As a Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as the frontline ambassador for a company that cares deeply about every interaction. Integrating it with other software and creating/managing/interpreting reports will be other key definitive factors. Your Success, Measured by Real Impact: Your performance will be evaluated based on customer satisfaction scores and survey feedback, ensuring you're recognized for the incredible work you do. Shifts Available: Your shift will either be: - Monday to Wednesday, 12 PM to 5 PM (Eastern Time), or - Thursday and Friday, 12 PM to 5 PM (Eastern Time) These part-time options offer flexibility to accommodate your schedule while ensuring consistent coverage for our customer service needs.
