**Objective**

Responsible for ensuring that all personnel, both employed and unionized, have the skills required to successfully perform their job.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Develops and designs courses and curriculum.
- Edits and develops online learning materials.
- Creates learning experiences and environments.
- Designs learning activities, assignments, and assessments.
- Keeps current on best practices in instructional design.

**Position Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or related.
- English Advanced

- 3 years in a similar position
