**¿Qué haras?**

Maneja la función de producción diaria dentro de una planta para una línea de producción específica o turno. Se enfoca en el Desarrollo, administración y motivación del personal de producción para incrementar la productividad y mejorar la eficiencia. Representa la mayoría de los trabajos de supervisor de producción.

**¿Cómo lo haras?**
- Supervisión directa de guías de líneas y operadores.
- Llevar y hacer cumplir las medidas de seguridad e higiene de la planta
- Cumplir con el plan de producción proveniente del depto. de Control de Producción
- Alcanzar y/o superar la productividad establecida en sus centros de trabajo.
- Generar los reportes requeridos por los deptos. de apoyo
- Mantener al personal bajo su cargo trabajando eficientemente y con seguridad
- Darle seguimiento y solución a distintos problemas que surjan en sus áreas con los deptos. de servicios
- Mantener un programa de mejora continua para mejorar sus métricos.
- Comunicación constante con sus guías de líneas y su jefe directo.
- Reducir los níveles de scrap en sus área de trabajo y darle disposición al mismo diariamente
- Asegurar que los centros de trabajo monitorean su desempeño (hr x hr, tiempo muerto, métricos del área)
- Verificar y mantener que todo su personal esté debidamente capacitado para realizar sus deberes en las líneas de producción.
- Mantener sus área de trabajo limpias y ordenadas
- Verificar el uso correcto de los equipos, herramienta e insumos utilizados en sus líneas de producción
- Aplicar medidas disciplinarias para mantener el orden y cumplir con el reglamento interno de la empresa

**¿Qué se requiere?**
- Toma de decisiones a nível apropiado para el puesto
- Experiência como supervisor de producción (3 años mínimo)
- Experiência en manufactura metal mecánica (deseable)
- Flexible, práctico y con sentido de urgencia
- Conocimiento e implementación de lean manufacturing y eventos kaizen
- Aplicación de estudio de movimientos y balanceo
- Conocimiento y aplicación de métricas de medición de equipo
