The Data Modeling and AI Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining the statistical and other data models that power business analytics initiatives. The specialist will work closely with IT, and stakeholders to ensure that the data models are accurate, and effective in meeting business objectives.

**Functions and responsibilities**:

- Support analytics teams in different areas to develop better statistical models for forecasting. Investigate, and evaluate global initiatives inside Reckitt, as well as in other CPG/Pharma companies in order to incorporate best practices.
- Develop std experiment methodology to improve test&learn capabilities of the analytics teams
- Work closely with IT in order to incorporate statistical modeling, and AI predictive tools in our operational model via automation of essential processes.

**Required Competencies & Experience**

Data Modeling/Statistics

Statistical Softwares, programming: Master: R, power BI, excel, and good knowledge of python or similar

AI knowledge
