Job Summary:
Implement, maintain and monitor systems, processes, and programs in support of accounts receivable functions.
- Essential Functions:
- Perform collection calls on assigned customer accounts
- Research customer account payment discrepancies
- Research and work with billing department to correct customer rejected invoices.
- Create and maintain customer profiles
- Extract data from reference material from credit service reports, audited financial statements and other online services
- Provide timely and accurate correspondence with internal and external customers
- Answer department telephone calls, both interoffice and outside lines
Knowledge and Experience:
- Degree in finance preferred
- 2-4 years experience in AR functions or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in detailed work processes and quality output
- Able to function at 100% professionally in English / Spanish.
