**About the Role**:
**What You'll Do**:

- This role will be a blend of order management, fulfillment coordination and RMA process management as we continue to scale into the Mexico region.
- Communication Skills - Strong communication skills in order to collaborate with different swim-lanes, and representing Motive to external customers, vendors, partners.
- Organizational Skills - Be able to perform several tasks at one time, keep detailed records, and manage several projects in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving Skills - Must handle unforeseen issues, and proactively alert internal teams with a sense of urgency.
- Analytical Skills - Collect and analyze information, problem solve with data to facilitate decision making

**What We're Looking For**:

- 3+ years of related experience in a similar role within Order / Operations Management, with expertise in US-Mexico operations
- English + Spanish fluency in speaking and in writing
- Very strong Excel skills and highly sensitive to numbers
- Proficiency with ERP software (i.e. Netsuite, Coupa, SAP) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Working knowledge of accounting principles
- Bachelors Degree, or equivalent work experience, required
