_**Important metal-mechanic company, is starting its plant in Apodaca, looking for a Financial Specialist.**_

**OBJECTIVE**:
Classify and record according to the corresponding financial information standards, the economic activities of the company in order to generate the necessary financial statements and reports, for decision making.

**JOB SUMMARY**:
Manage, facilitate and coordinate the methods, procedures, systems and tools for the technical development of work area.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:

- Registration of all accounting operations of the company, in accordance with the corresponding NIF.
- Calculation and registration of Fix Asset and depreciation of the company.
- Determination of the monthly check balance.
- Debugging accounting accounts.
- Generation of accounting reports.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Accounting account reconciliation against reports in the areas related to accounting accounts.
- Review of all AP of the company.
- Review on monthly basis expenses accounts and provisions.
- Prepare all information related with Mexican authorities (INEGI, SAT, Secretary of Economy).
- Review together with HR Department: IMSS, SAR & INFONAVIT provision, Payroll Provisions.
- Prepare Monthly & Annual Closing and attend External Auditors.
- Maintain/update fixed asset record and localization.

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Strong Knowledge in: NIF knowledge, Fiscal Law, SAP, ORACLE / ERP, Accounting, IMSS Law.
- Builds appropriate professional, friendly and accessible relationships with employees.
- English (business level).
- Excellent communication (writing and verbal) and coordination skills
- Multitasking, problem solving skills, proactive, analytic, dynamic, responsible, service attitude, focused on results, honesty, leadership.
- Desirable been involved in a working multicultural environment.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- A bachelor’s degree in related field.
- English (business level).
- Metal-mechanic or automotive turn.
- 3-5 years of experience

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, Oracle / ERP, Fiscal Law, English advanced, Accounting, Tax, commercial laws and all those regulations according to the functions that the position demands. fluency communication skills, conflict solver, ability to work under pressure. Prior experience in Corporate Finance.
