Develops and implements delivery strategies and oversees the ongoing delivery of various IT solutions to clients. Ensures delivery objectives are met both from quality, timeliness and financial perspectives. In support of portfolio growth, plans, directs and coordinates project and transition management services. Coordinates the activities of technical solution team members to meet contract obligations. Proactively identifies potential issues and drives resolution to avoid client impact and facilitate continuous improvement. Builds and sustains effective communications with all stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an effort to maximize the client experience.
- Individuals have a deep understanding of their own area.
- They manage critical projects with general direction and may allocate some work to others.
- Leads medium-sized delivery of system solutions to clients.
- Defines and implements delivery management standards for team.
- Develops and maintains relationships with leaders within the client.
- Responsible for project health and project financials.
- Delivers the project as per signed business agreement.
- Assists development of complex technology specific solutions.
- Strong organizing and planning skills to oversee project deliverables.
- Strong priority setting and delegation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation and communication skills.
