Responsible for planning and coordinating all the activities required to perform, monitor, and report on the incident Management process. You will be point of contact for all the critical incidents and will be responsible for closure. You would be required to lead the team in the right direction to determine root cause, propose workaround or bypass if root cause cannot be found. Priority will be always to minimize impact to business and operations to meet Service Level Agreement. Initiate, schedule and conduct post incident reviews as needed and ensure to build the knowledge

**Requisitos**:
7-10 years of experience in various Infra Compliance related activities SPOC of audit, security and compliance for US AWS and US Data Center. This role will be covering US time zone. Supervise and review US AWS and US Data Center infrastructure compliance performance with the supplier which covers: Progress on outstanding actions from previous review Infrastructure hosting IT Security compliance status Agree with appropriate actions to maintain / improve compliance status Management of US infrastructure hosting operational risks and mitigation activities within IDT Services and supplier
