_**Process Manager**_
- Responsible for formulating 3-5-year production capacity planning for each workshop, process evaluation, process equipment, new product introduction verification, production line technical transformation, technical transformation project implementation, etc.;
- Responsible for the construction of process system documents, product quality planning, efficiency improvement and other plans;
- Responsible for on-site process discipline inspection, correction, review, and assessment management;
- Develop and break down the department’s purchasing material delivery accuracy indicators, and interact with suppliers on production capacity planning;
- Responsible for organizing analysis meetings for bottleneck supplier material delivery abnormalities (delivery, production capacity, cooperation, etc.), formulating countermeasures, and implementing follow-up management;
- Responsible for the company's parts logistics planning, plan review and implementation, including transportation, parts packaging, and logistics information system planning;
- Responsible for the operation management of logistics (according to accounts), formulating and improving logistics-related process systems;
- Responsible for docking annual and monthly plans with CFC, and preparing and implementing CFM annual and monthly production plans;
- Responsible for organizing rapid response to production abnormalities, analysis, countermeasures, and closed-loop management;
- Responsible for formulating department team building and talent echelon training to improve the professionalism and operational efficiency of team members;
**Requirement**:
- Spanish and English speaking.
- More than 5 years of experience in production management at an automobile manufacturer, engine factory or motorcycle assembly plant, familiar with production operation management and lean production; experience in foreign-invested/joint ventures in Europe or overseas work experience is preferred;
- Have excellent production management capabilities, good production and operation management concepts and production department management experience;
- Have production quality management, process optimization, overall organization and communication and coordination capabilities, and have good problem analysis and problem solving abilities;
- Have good leadership, organization and coordination skills, communication skills, execution skills, etc.
