_**CF Moto is looking for a Process and Logistics Manager **_will be responsible for planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation, and engineering team, supervising the supplier chain management and the engineering processes as needed.- **Responsabilities**:_- Organize and implement monitoring production plans, production process control, inventory management, on-site improvement, etc., to ensure that production tasks are completed on time.- Responsible for tracking the production situation, product demand, production process, output value target, etc.- Respond to production abnormalities in a timely manner, follow up on problems in a timely manner, and come up with reasonable suggestions.- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.- Supervise, coach, and train the warehouse workforce.- Comply with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.- **Skills**:_- Communication and negotiation.- Networking.- Leadership and management.- Being able to adapt to working mode within different time zones (working with China).- Response under pressure.- Initiative taking.- English conversational level.- **Requirements**:_- +5 years of experience as a Logistics and Materials.- Knowledge of Core Tools and Lean.- Record of successful distribution and logistics management.- Experience in the automotive industry.- Experience in assembly line welding painting.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Servicio de comedor- Teléfono de la empresa- Vales de despensaExperiência:- Procesos de manufactura e ingenieria: 1 año (Deseable)- Materiales y Logistica: 1 año (Deseable)- Industria automotriz: 1 año (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
