**Job Summary**
**The CBS Talent Acquisition Administrator is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all internal and external customers of the TA process in an effort to make a positive experience for all participants in the hiring process. They are responsible for assisting the CBS Talent Acquisition Specialist / Senior Specialist by effectively supporting the TA process through tasking which includes, but is not limited to, scheduling and logistics for interviews, forms and technology maintenance, and referral payout tracking.**
**What you will do**
- **
Schedule logistics for external recruiting events.**
- ** Confirm participant availability and schedules all phone screens, teleconference, and in-person interviews with all participants.**
- ** Send interview schedule and directions or teleconference instructions to all participants.**
- ** Distribute requisite tools / templates to support the evaluation process.**
- ** Manage / maintain all process documentation (if applicable).**
- ** Create job requisitions / job postings.**
- ** Referral program validation and / payout tracking.**
- ** Confirm start date and communicate day one logistics to new hires.**
- ** Initiate onboarding checklist for Hiring Manager.**
- ** Initiate onboarding checklist activities for provisioning (IT, Facilities, Security, Training, Compliance).**
- ** Initiate pre-employment checks with external vendor(s), monitor pre-hire due diligence timelines,** **and collect results.**
- ** Review results of pre-employment due diligence testing.**
- ** Supervise if there are issues flagged during the pre-employment process.**
- ** Escalate any issues to appropriate decision makers.**
**Required Qualifications**
- ** Bachelor's Degree in Human resources or relevant field.**
- ** At least 1 year in HR functions.**
- ** Experience working with LATAM market.**
- ** Proficiency in English.**
**Preferred Qualifications**
- ** Proficiency in Portuguese.**
