We are looking to hire a female bilingual professional Personal Assistant with marketing skills for Real Estate Firm for part time position
**Job Description**:
- Manage agents Calendly and calendar
- Receive agents calls and direct accordingly.
- Be aware of agents daily agenda
- Participate in the different virtual meetings and events instructed by the
- agents.
- Follow up with current clients and transaction (title company, real estate
- lawyer, accountant among other parties).
**Requirements**:
- Bilingual B2+ or C1
- Excellent communication skills
- Planning and executing skills
- Word and Excel knowledge
- Excellent attitude towards customer service
- Be able to work from the office.
Schedule:
Part time Monday to Friday
**Salary**: $ 9000 MXN per month
Contract: Freelancing / Remote
