By deploying technology and providing operational efficiencies, PURE enhances resident and investor experiences.
We’re looking for a Product Assistant to support the product team in activities related to product onboarding like data validation and account configuration.
For this role, responsibilities will include:
- Create and manage spreadsheet data and assist with data entry.
- Validate data against different software records/reports.
- Investigate discrepancies with different teams and document findings.
- Monitor, track, and manage configurations for user accounts.
- Organize data from various projects and keep records updated.
- Assist with initiatives to help drive successful product onboarding.
Your Background
Minimum qualifications:
- Experience with Appfolio PMS (experience with more than 1 PMS would be nice to have)
- Knowledge of Excel/Google sheets.
- Good written communication skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Organized with time management skills.
- Sense of ownership and pride in performance and its influence on the success of the team.
