**OB OBJECTIVE**
Responsible for executing learning operations projects guaranteeing their correct development in time, quality, cost, functionality, and customer satisfaction in order to close operative training gaps.
**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure proper management of the design and development of Learning solutions with the support of learning vendors and Subject Matter Experts for the required content.
- Ensure proper execution of learning operation projects for salary and hourly employees.
- Scouting and selection of external training vendors aligned with standards.
- Ensure proper Learning & Development documentation to deploy learning solutions globally.
- Monitor the training budget of L&D Operation projects aligned with policy.
- Generate and report L&D projects KPIs.
- Facilitate internal Train the Trainers (if necessary)
- Bachelor´s degree
- Essential fluency in English language for communication.
- 3 years’ experience: Learning and Development, Learning contents design, Generate reports of training indicators, Training budget
Knowledge: Project Management, Learning strategies, Learning tools and methodologies, Instructional design, Learning Management platforms, Proficient Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, etc)
Availability to travel
**Salary**: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month
