We create value for our customers by consistently providing customized, integrated services through our integrated international network._ **We offer you**: - Base salary (in USD) - Overtime pay - Vacation of 10 days per year - Opportunity for growth within the company - Free English classes and corporate training - Best office location: San Pedro Garza Garcia, Nuevo Leon - Pleasant work environment and friendly international staff - Training at the company's expense - Unlimited opportunities for your development in our (your) company - Comfortable and modern office; delicious coffee and fruit in the mornings - Before you start working with us, we invite you to get to know us at the _"Welcome Day"_. **What will you do?** - Proactively identify gaps in training within teams by communicating with local stakeholders, and institute targeted interventions to drive increased efficiency and quality; - Plan, develop, adapt and implement educational programs: training, seminars, presentations; - Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement in training, as well as monitor its performance and response to; - Develop deep expertise in how the company works; - Ensure teams have timely updates and information on correct procedures; - Improve educational products by conducting workshops, individual training sessions, and creating content for the e-courses; - Be the face of new hires; - Support and mentor new hires as well as employees, create the needed atmosphere in team; - Report on work progress; - Coaching of new commers and existing employees both in the area of customer service and logistics; - Deliver, and constantly update and improve onboarding and refresher training using LMS tools. **Who are you?** - Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Logistics, International Relations, or related fields. - Experience in education and/or training (is a plus) - Experience in the use of modern teaching methods - Experience in e-learning software (will be highly valued) - English level: Intermediate - Advanced (required) - Spanish level: Native - Excellent communication skills - Service mentality, like to help people - Empathetic, inclusive, curious, creative, friendly and proactive - Outgoing, self-motivated and willing to create a positive impact on people through trainings and courses - Constant professional and personal growth - Multitasking and stress tolerant - Excellent organization, attention to detail and time management skills - Able to take full responsibility for what happens in your life and environment - Able to encourage and motivate others to achieve high performance **Salary**: $13,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month **Language**: - English (required)
