Grow your career as a **HIC- Entertainment Director Americas** within AMResorts, one of our 14 industry-leading brands. In this role you’ll be responsible for the entire entertainment corporate program for our hotels in the Americas. Under the guidance of shore side management they work to ensure brand pillars are delivered with the utmost attention to detail.
**A successful HIC- Entertainment Director Americas will**:
- Oversee the monitoring and resolution of all issues that affect the Entertainment product and the guests experience.
- Design all the corporates activities, sport program and shows at the HIC resorts
- Monitor guest feedback metrics, specifically focused on: Entertainment Average, Net Promotor Score, Activities Average, and Entertainment sub-scores to ensure they consistently exceed monthly targets. Collaborates with the Hotel General Manager to formulate short and long-term strategic improvement plans as needed
- Hold regular Entertainment management meetings and full department meetings to communicate policies discuss long-term plans, and activates change to maximize guest satisfaction
- Coordinate Entertainment events and show elements for new or remounted projects/events from pre-production, load-in, show execution, strike and/or operational handover
- Supervise and support the entertainment cast on their assigned projects/events, including but not limited to, Performers, Technicians, Costuming, Make up artists and Stage Managers
- Support the Operations Teams across the region to create innovative entertainment programs and support the brand team to create brand standards
**A successful HIC- Entertainment Director Americas will**:
- Bachelor’s degree in TV production or Film & Arts.
- 4 -5 years’ experience in leading Entertainment teams across different regions
- Experience within entertainment industry/big productions preferred
