Bilingual Virtual Receptionists for Law Practice

As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a positive client experience. Your focus should be to ensure every caller feels comfortable, guided, and well-informed. In this role, you will handle a variety of receptionist and administrative tasks for the practice.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, redirect calls, or take detailed messages as needed.
- Respond to client inquiries and assist in resolving concerns or complaints.
- Gather and record the required information from callers.
- Prepare and manage outgoing mail.
- Update and maintain records and files.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support for the business.
**What We're Looking For**
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate naturally and professionally in both.
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, administration, or client-facing roles. (Legal experience is a plus, but not required.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations calmly and professionally.
- Comfortable gathering information, taking accurate messages, and relaying detailed information to clients or staff.
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple calls, tasks, or requests at once.
- Professional, adaptable, and solutions-focused, especially when handling client concerns.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
**Other requirements**
- Excellent WIFI (minimum 75 -100Mbps speed)
- Own laptop or desktop computer
- External Monitor
- Sufficient backup power supply for power outages
- Good quality headset with a built-in microphone
- Working hours are Monday to Friday (US Time Zones)
