Responsabilidades del puesto

Como _Business Development Representative_, tendrás la oportunidad de formar parte de nuestro equipo y contribuir al crecimiento y expansión de Multibank. Tus responsabilidades incluirán:
Prestaciones y beneficios adicionales

Promover a Multibank como una marca líder en la industria de Forex, Oro y CFDs.

Guiar a los clientes en el uso de nuestra plataforma y brindarles orientación sobre cómo operar, fomentando así la expansión de nuestras operaciones en diferentes países.

Cumplir con las metas establecidas para el equipo, maximizando los resultados trimestrales y semestrales.

Establecer relaciones duraderas con los clientes, brindando una atención personalizada y cálida.
- Educación universitaria en Economía, Finanzas, Comercio, Marketing o áreas afines.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto oral como escrita.
- Disponibilidad de tiempo completo de lunes a viernes.
- Experiência mínima de un año en el trato con clientes y ventas.
- Conocimiento y experiência en Forex y CFDs serán valorados positivamente.
- Capacidad para completar notas e informes de llamadas y actualizarlos en el CRM.
- Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y mantener la confidencialidad del cliente.
- Buen manejo de las herramientas de Microsoft Office.
- Nível de inglés intermedio.

Salario: $15,000.00 - $30,099.81 al mes
