The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue business opportunities, develop and maintain client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve strategic goals. The role involves market analysis, creating and executing sales strategies, identifying partnership opportunities, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.QualificationsSales, Negotiation, and Business Development skillsExcellent Communication and Interpersonal skillsMarket Analysis and Sales Strategy Development experienceProven ability to conduct Client Relationship Management and NetworkingStrong Organizational and Time Management skillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldPrior experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
