**Requirements**:
Experience: At least 1 year in Inside Sales or commercial roles, preferably in an NVOCC or Freight Forwarder setting.

Education: Bachelor's degree in International Business, International Trade, or related fields.
- Languages: Advanced English proficiency, essential for communicating with global clients and colleagues.

Knowledge: Familiarity with national and international cargo markets (maritime, land, and air) and products such as LCL, FCL, Ex-works, To-Door.

Skills: Excellent sales abilities, active listening, assertive communication, effective negotiation, and the ability to analyze and present information clearly and persuasively.

Key Responsibilities:
New Business Prospecting: Identify and develop new business opportunities with active clients through telephone prospecting and marketing strategies.

Client Qualification: Evaluate potential clients and transfer them to account acquisition representatives for further follow-up.

Meeting Objectives: Maintain a contact agenda focused on meeting goals and objectives defined in the work plan.

Post-Sales and Account Maintenance: Conduct daily post-sales activities, including phone calls and written communication, to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain the assigned portfolio’s cargo volume.

Commercial Negotiation:Negotiate commercial agreements with clients to maximize participation in new cargo business.

Problem Resolution: Collaborate with the Customer Service team to address and resolve recurring complaints, ensuring high-quality service.

ommercial Support: Provide support and advice to clients, helping to resolve issues and optimize their logistics operations.

Campaign Participation: Actively engage in promotional campaigns and activities to drive company growth.
