**Role Responsibilities**
- You will respond to work incidents and requests regarding installation, configuration and or maintenance of client hardware, software, and the deployment of new technology releases.
- Your will perform new PC installations, troubleshooting and repair.
- You will also evaluate and integrate new hardware configurations and provide support of client technologies on workstations and peripherals in LACA region.
- Modifies systems and/or programs based on user and system specifications.
- Assists in integration of new hardware configurations and provides support of client technologies on workstations and peripherals.
- Performs additional job duties when required.

**Role Requirements**
- High School degree plus additional relevant technical certifications, at least one (1) to three (3) years of related IT experience providing end user support preferably within the operations environment.
- Experience in a company with ITIL processes implemented and working with mobile devices that run in Android or iOS
- Experience supporting end user operating systems including MS Windows 10, MacOS.
- Knowledge of device and software deployment and management tools including Active Directory, MS Office, Antivirus, Tanium, Audio Video tools, Avaya.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with ability to interact with partners globally.
- Upper intermediate English Level.
