**Ticket Management & (Back up) Project Manager**
**Perfil** Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales o Equivalente
**Experiência** 3 años en área de SOC/NOC y apoyo en administración de proyectos
**Modalidad**: Presencial 100% (CDMX zona de reforma)
**Ticket Management**
- Asignación y seguimiento de folios de incidencias y solicitudes, a través de la herramienta de tickets asignada por cliente.
- Supervisar que los folios sean atendidos en los tiempos establecidos para el cumplimiento de los Níveles de Servicios comprometidos
- Supervisar que los folios estén debidamente documentados en la herramienta de gestión y con estatus correcto
- Apoyo para la evaluación del Nível de servicio, obteniendo el reporte de la herramienta de gestión y realizando el comparativo contra su bitácora de folios para realizar el cuadre y confirmar el Nível de Servicio de folios atendidos.
- Mantener comunicación del usuario en caso necesario para seguimiento de atención de los folios, solicitando autorizaciones y formatos requeridos en los casos que aplique de acuerdo con las políticas del cliente.
- Seguimiento a la escalación de casos por parte de los ingenieros T1 Y T2.
**(Back up) Project Manager / Operaciones Desarrollo**
- Definir los objetivos, etapas y fechas en las que se llevará a cabo las optimizaciones de la operación de desarrollo.
- Supervisión y coordinar todas las acciones y llevar un control del desempeño de su equipo de proyecto.
- Generación de estatus de reporte
- Documentación de acuerdos con clientes internos y externos
- Controlar los recursos asignados al proyecto con el fin de cumplir con los objetivos marcados
Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo
Salario: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 al mes
Horario:
- Lunes a viernes
- Turno de 8 horas
