**Major Responsibilities**:

- Manage the Assurance Service Digital tower in close partnership with Global Technology

(IT), Mobile Publishing, IT UX/UI, AZ Commercial Digital and related teams
- Identify opportunities for growth within the Digital tower through scheduled, frequent

strategic working sessions with the AZ IT and related teams
- Develop and manage a delivery schedule of identified short, medium and long term

opportunities to drive growth and extend the capabilities of the digital service tower
- Manage streamlining and lean efforts within the digital tower and define process

improvement activities to extend service offerings and drive growth
- Manage the Digital service tower specialists on the execution of duties related to digital

Assurance, digital asset management, domain management and Quality assurance
- Manage the Digital service tower specialists and ensure appropriate customer

engagement and adherence to asset and domain management SLAs
- Manage coordination with the Privacy & Sustainability tower on appropriate management

and execution of cookie consent Assurance activities
- Foster good working relationships with AZ delivery teams, asset owners and digital leads

to facilitate the resolution of all types of issues, bugs and vulnerabilities identified on

digital assets
- Lead on the delivery of the global digital asset assurance strategy, definition of an

assurance roadmap identifying areas of service growth, and leading on initiatives to drive

efficiencies and simplified services
- Lead resources on the digital asset assurance team on customer engagement and the

delivery of daily activities
- Manage the global digital catalogue as the single source of external digital asset

information
- Lead the domain search, acquisition, protect the science and domains persistence

program for the digital asset catalogue
- Analyse and promote business metrics and insights for assets and domains to support

stakeholder discussions and requests
- Partner with AZ digital teams to build awareness of the risk and response to emerging

digital trends; hold global forums to share impactful information to digital delivery teams
- Lead and provide support on projects related to the governance and Assurance of global

for opportunities to expand the digital assurance management footprint
- Deliver digital content support including online training and digital standards
