**Position Summary**

As a **Sales and Leasing Consultant** at Prosper Communities, your primary focus is **driving leasing success through strategic sales efforts.** You will play a critical role in converting leads into leases, optimizing occupancy rates, and ensuring an outstanding experience for prospective and current residents. This position is ideal for someone with a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close deals effectively.

**Key Responsibilities Leasing & Sales**
- Engage with prospective residents, understanding their needs and presenting tailored leasing solutions.
- Conduct property tours, highlighting features and benefits that enhance the resident experience.
- Negotiate lease terms and execute agreements with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure all vacant units are leased within 15 days or less, maintaining at least a 95% occupancy rate.

**Resident Experience & Support**
- Coordinate all move-in logistics to provide a smooth transition for new residents.
- Maintain strong relationships with residents to enhance retention and satisfaction.
- Seamlessly transition all resident-related matters to the **Resident Experience Coordinator** post move-in.

**Marketing & Market Awareness**
- Assist in promoting available units through strategic marketing efforts.
- Monitor market trends and leasing strategies to optimize occupancy and pricing.
- Maintain accurate records of prospective and new tenant interactions.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in leasing, real estate, property management, or outside sales.
- Strong negotiation skills with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience with inventory control and sales pipeline management is a plus.
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous.
- Background in retail sales or sales management is beneficial but not required.
