**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor the execution of paid media in third-party and proprietary e-commerce, ensuring proper execution and fulfillment of objectives.
- Ensure the implementation of best practices in performance campaigns to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from different departments to coordinate and execute campaigns and promotional activities.
- Ensure consistency in reporting by assisting internal and external teams in the correct reading and interpretation of data.
- Proactively review the settings of performance campaigns in media and third parties to propose improvements.
- Implement and monitor performance reports, giving proper visibility to actions and findings that enable data-driven improvement actions.
- Help supervise the performance of paid media investments to ensure their proper execution.
- Work closely with regional and global digital teams to share best practices and drive continuous improvement in performance actions.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- More than 3 years of experience in digital performance, preferably on proprietary and third-party platforms.
- Solid experience with self-management platforms (Amazon ads, Amazon Marketing Cloud, Google ads, META ads, VTEX).
- Familiarity with digital marketing principles such as SEO, UX/UI, commercial content, and AB testing.
- Excellent skills in data collection, analysis, interpretation, report structuring, and presentation
- Ability to establish best practices that can be replicated across other brands or regions, while maintaining an understanding of the differences between channels and audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, regulation, and IT.
- Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, META Ads, VTEX, Semrush, Jungle Scout).
- Fluency in English; additional languages will be valued depending on the country of focus.
