**Product Line Purchasing Leader**

This position is part of our Signal & Power Solutions segment; Connection Systems business unit located in Juarez, Chih. Mex.

**Your Role**

At Aptiv, we are dedicated to developing innovative solutions that make transportation safer, greener, and more connected. As a Product Line Purchasing Leader you will be responsible to follow up and complete business cases for new business pursuits, ensure material readiness on new program launches securing 100% flawless launch. Your day to day will consist of the following:

- Business case estimates completion thru CS estimating system
- F3X system, DPLM, Plant View - track & monitor new potential projects and open tasks, for assigned projects
- SCM representation in NA PDP meetings to address critical material issues on New Business Pursuits, New Program Launch and Current Production Programs
- Create/maintain business pursuit tracker - for SCM team awareness
- Responsible to lead the SCM category teams strategies implementation within the business line
- Attend/Coordinate Product development meetings - product design changes
- Maintain NA Electrical Centers IHS database
- Responsible to generate A3s presentations - awarded programs and future launches
- Provide support to all ECIP initiatives to meet annual business line target.
- Follow up to material PRs / SBs - required for validation phases
- M%S monitoring for all new programs vs AR target and Sales price
- Program launch material readiness - status for DSR, DSPA, PO, PPAP, capacity/vol confirmation, etc.
- Support the organization for any customer driven request, or internal engineering change
- Material delivery constraints (escalation path from PC&L or Engineering)

**Your Background**

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

- **Bachelor's Degree**:

- **85% English speaking/read, writing**:

- **Proficient understanding of Media Modules, Wireless Chargers and Electrical Centers**:

- **Proficient MS office skills (Excel, Power Point, Word)**:

- **Knowledge of SAP and GSD**

**Nice to have**
- Master's degree
- Proficient knowledge of Electrical Centers, Media Modules and Wireless Chargers
