**Job Summary -**
Well-versed in sustainability best practices; specific knowledge of packaging materials, processes and recycling methods related to packaging. Understands trends, technology and information impacting the business and organization knows how the business and competition works. Leverages cross functional partners to develop and implement programs which foster engagement. Comfortable with interacting with senior leadership. have a proven track record of being innovative as well as possessing strong communication, project management, and leadership skills, while performing in a fast paced, regulatory environment. Negotiations, experience working with industry groups, govt. agencies and NGOs.

**Technical Skills**:
- Presentation and speaking ability.
- Project management and leadership
- Best practices in sustainable packaging.
- knowledge of regulations, laws, and guidelines
- Implementation planning, tracking, and maintenance of packaging-related regulations
- Database development to meet regulatory and market demands.
- Regulatory assessment.
**Certifications Needed**:
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Material Science, Engineering, Management,
Communications or related field.
