We are looking for a _**Sr. Application Engineer**:_
- Remote work
- Experience Required: 5+ years in engineering design, renewables or similar.
- Excellent English,C1/C2 English level.
- Use of CAD/CAE Tools: AutoCAD and Solidworks.
- MS Office / intermediate.
- Background in renewable energies (PV, BESS, Wind, etc.) a plus.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment.
- Result oriented, strategic thinking and planning.

**Responsibilities**:

- Product and system Engineering, single line diagrams and schematics.
- Serve as the contact for customers and partners for technical assistance, requests, and issues.
- Remote (online and phone call) or on-site troubleshooting and sessions with customers.
- Take full ownership of customers’ technical product issues, from initial troubleshooting to resolution and communication.
- Maintain case documentation and support tickets.
- Creating and maintaining the support and training documentation.
- Interfacing with engineering and international teams to help resolve complex issues.
- Develop new tools and approaches to solving common problems.
- Provide training and webinars to promote the company’s battery products.
- Any other duty assigned by the company.
- Reports to the Engineering Manager.
