**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Audits, uncovers gaps and designs Globally Operated, Locally Delivered process thru Recruitment Coordinator Team
- Support Talent Delivery Team in attracting quality hires, on budget, & on time
- Implement an operationalized high tech & touch recruitment methodology
- Provide input on job advertising, posting, sharing, & distribution (e.g., social media, digital advertising, niche sites, etc.) & support data integrations & related tracking/metrics
- Evaluate & provide input on job related communications for site remarketing (e.g., job alerts)
- Partner with Marketing & key partners across the organization to support the development of a comprehensive talent network strategy & content strategy for key talent segments
- Execute strategy for how to optimize the functionality of our career site provider

DECISION MAKING AND INFLUENCE
- Ability to conduct needs analysis, gain alignment, & make recommendations to leadership to support development of go-forward strategy
- Experience working cross-functionally to achieve results
- Ability to make independent decisions & act on them accordingly

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
- 5+ years recruiting or marketing experience; 1+ years leadership
- Deep understanding of recruitment technologies
- Extensive experience with social media, professional advertising and a variety of media outlets
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, & interpret current talent landscape & job seekers' challenges
- Eager to pursue challenges & solve problems
- Excellent English communication (both written & verbal), listening, negotiation, interpersonal, & decision-making skills
- Ability to meet & prioritize; execute good judgement
- Attention to detail
- Work effectively within a virtual team environment
- Strong leadership & analytical skills

**Desirable**:

- Previous systems experience with Salesforce, NetSuite and / or data analytics software (e.g. OneStream)
