**About the role**:
Awareness of GenAI technology has exploded over the last 12 months - but true understanding of the technology, its best practice usage and its limitations has lagged behind, even amongst sophisticated enterprise organisations. At Pencil we are right on the cutting edge of this revolution and want to ensure we take a leadership position in helping brands and agencies understand and adopt GenAI.
We are seeking skilled trainers to deliver remote facilitated training sessions on the use of the Pencil Pro platform. This role involves conducting training for both enterprise clients and internal teams, including marketers, creatives, and managers. The trainer will deliver engaging training content, ensuring that participants maximise the platform's capabilities. The training sessions will cater to various user personas and aim to provide comprehensive support through interactive and effective learning experiences. Additionally, the trainer will work closely with stakeholders to customize the training to meet specific needs and measure its impact on performance and productivity, suggesting and implementing updates as required.
You will need a clear understanding of what users are trying to achieve with GenAI, practical insight into what GenAI can and can't do now and as it changes over time, and a certain level of creativity to translate the best GenAI success stories into training & support examples. You'll also need to be a quick learner to rapidly become a Pencil Pro expert and you'll need curiosity and proactivity to stay ahead of the curve on new developments in GenAI. Doing this successfully will deliver impact for our clients and revenue growth for Pencil and our partners, as well as make you a key figure in the new world of GenAI learning. We'll provide you with full training on the platform
**Your experience and qualifications**
- Have 5+ years in either enterprise training or creative roles with GenAI
- Experience delivering training programs, or equivalent experience such as teaching or mentoring
- Experience in assessment and assurance of learning
- Experience collaborating with customer success functions
- A passion for GenAI and willingness to champion new developments in AI technology
**Your day-to-day**
- Talking to users to tailor training sessions to specific client needs
- Delivering remote training sessions to internal partners and external clients, including creatives, marketers and managers
- Reviewing outputs from training sessions for assessment purposes and providing constructive feedback where necessary
- Talking to users before and after training to support evaluation of Pencil's training curricula
- Collecting best practices, case studies, success stories internally, from partners and the market
**Your responsibilities**
- Delivery of training across the Brandtech Group
- Delivery of training to client organisations
- To create an engaging and productive learning environment for all learners
- Formative assessment of learners' outputs from training
- Collaboration with other members of the team to enact updates to training
- Ensure your own skill set is kept up to date and relevant, attending training courses to further your personal development and knowledge
