Colleague will be fully responsible for the Contracts Process in Latin America, including delivery of frequent online and face to face trainings.
Support the Legal Department on a daily basis on diverse legal topics and projects.
Provide legal counseling to colleagues regarding legal topics and internal company policies.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Elaborate, review and coordinate execution of all kinds of commercial and service agreements needed by all business units and enabling functions in Latin America.
- Deliver trainings on Contracts Process to new colleagues; as well as regular update trainings to colleagues in all markets in Latin America.
- Support the Corporate Trademark regarding inquiries of use of trademarks in the region. Request evidence of registration and share with specific enabling functions.
- Provide day-to day counseling to commercial and staff colleagues regarding legal processes, contracts and legal documents.
- Responsible for filing quarterly reports to the Foreign Invests office in the Ministry of Economy in close coordination with Finance in Mexico.
- Gather, structure and report required reports and legal documentation for external audit processes in Latin America.
- Coordinate elaboration and formalization of corporate documents with external counsel and notary public offices in Mexico.
- Keep an updated database for all contracts, including reporting into Ariba Contracts.
