**We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team, who are dedicated to international legal affairs in the realm of gambling industry. If you're passionate about international law, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have solid experience in the gambling area, then this could be the perfect role for you.****Responsibilities**:- Legal support for international gambling projects.- Comprehensive analysis of international legislation in the field of gambling business, ensuring company compliance with all requirements and regulations.- Participation in licensing and regulation: cooperation with regulators and licensing authorities of various countries, preparation and submission of necessary documents for obtaining and maintaining licenses.- Opening companies in foreign jurisdictions: organization and support of the process of opening subsidiaries and representative offices.- Obtaining regulatory documents: responsibility for obtaining all necessary regulatory documents and licenses.- Creation, proofreading, and analysis of contracts: development, editing, and analysis of international contracts.- Opening and maintenance of bank accounts in foreign banks.- Legal analysis of markets/countries/regions.- Negotiating with counterparts and representatives of foreign companies in English.- Interacting with legal firms in foreign jurisdictions.- Passing checks (due diligence/KYC/AML).- Assessment and management of legal risks: conducting legal risk assessments, developing strategies to mitigate and optimize them.**Our Expectations**:- Higher legal education.- Experience in gambling business and international legal practice for at least 3 years.- Deep knowledge of international legislation in the field of gambling.- Experience in licensing and interaction with regulators.- Analytical and communication skills.- Knowledge of licensing and regulation processes in the gambling sphere, experience in interacting with regulators, and successful license acquisition.- Experience in creating, proofreading, and analyzing international contracts, as well as the ability to amend existing agreements.- Ability to conduct analysis of international legislation, identify potential risks and advantages for the company.- Proficiency in English sufficient for legal matters.- Experience in establishing and maintaining partnership relations with legal firms in foreign jurisdictions.**Preferred**:- Knowledge of Spanish language.**What we offer**:- A place in a growing team united by the same mission.
