**Legal Counsel**Función principal. Identificar y reducir el riesgo legal mediante la celebración de contratos, así como proporcionar asesoría jurídica necesarias a todos los segmentos de negocio y demás áreas de soporte tanto de HSBC como de sus filiales en México, relacionados con la compra y adquisición de bienes y servicios, cuidando los intereses de la institución mediante la aplicación de las disposiciones legales contractuales que son aplicables, para contribuir en el sano desarrollo de las distintas operaciones de HBMX. Liderear equipo y proceso de contratación de proveedores (como line manager).RequirementsResponsabilidades principales:Liderazgo, supervisión y coordinación del equipo legal de contratación a proveedores, administrando las cargas de trabajo entre sus integrantes, así como monitoreando regularmente la atención y seguimiento de los diversos asuntos turnados.Revisión, validación y aprobación de contratos locales, globales y diversos instrumentos contractuales, principalmente redactados en idioma inglés, tanto con proveedores terceros como con otras empresas del Grupo (IGSAs). Desahogo de consultas diversas y participación en reuniones y conferencias relacionadas con temas contractuales. Revisión de Packs regulatorios ante CNBV para servicios regulados por la Circular Única de Bancos como Legal Risk Steward.Coordinación con despachos externos para la atención y seguimiento de diversos temas requeridos por el departamento de mercadotecnia, solicitud y seguimiento de registros de marcas, interactuando constantemente con los colegas de Group Legal para tales efectos.Asesoría legal y revisión de diversos Contratos de Arrendamiento de bienes Inmuebles para funcionarios expatriados del Grupo.ExperiênciaLicenciatura en Derecho, preferentemente con estudios de Posgrado en Derecho Corporativo.Experiência laboral mínima de 5 años en áreas jurídicas corporativa, civil y mercantil, particularmente enfocado en la negociación.HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and where their opinions count.
