**HCM Oracle Technical Consultant**

**Responsibilities**:

- Align client’s existing business process and procedures with validated HCM Cloud methods to solve client needs
- Formulation of technical requirements aligning them to the overall solution delivery
- Support the conversion and validation of Oracle Cloud data
- Development of inbound and outbound interfaces using the available Oracle Cloud toolkit
- Documentation of all technical setup and coding
- Analyze and resolve technical issues as well as proactively identifying long-term solutions
- Lead and present to clients and internally
- Understand business process diagrams and contribute impacts related to upstream and downstream systems
- Advise clients on options, risks and any impacts on other processes and/or systems
- Manage scope and client expectations on individual assignments
- Lead and support clients with the execution of test scripts
- Participate in internal forums for training, teamwork, issue resolution and innovative design
- Be leaders with a vision in the Oracle Cloud space with innovative solutions around the product

**Base Qualifications**:

- Hands on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), Fast Formulas, HCM Extract, BI Publisher, Integration Cloud Service, PaaS/DaaS/JaaS, Analytics Cloud
- General understanding of business practice concepts in your domain
- Track record of building long-lasting relationships with your clients
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2 full life cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
- Ability to understand fundamental system design and purpose
- Ability to engage effectively at the business and technical level
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of project implementation methodologies
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of challenges commonly faced by client and implementation teams
- Ability to work well autonomously and in a team environment
- Self-motivated and able to plan work effort and manage priorities
- Willing to travel as necessary

**Potential Qualifications**:

- Experience with Java, XML, SOA Architecture
- Ability to manage/deliver large projects, including experience planning and estimating
- Validated ability to support sales as Subject Matter Expert
- Understanding of business-related drivers and parameters
