**Job Summary**

**To Rock This Role, You Should**:

- Technically proficient in programming languages, specifically Oracle PL/SQL. Knowledge of JAVA and XML is a plus.
- HCM Support Analyst.
- Strong skills with Oracle Developer tools such as Forms and Reports. Knowledge of BI publisher and OTBI is a plus.
- Knowledge of the architecture of Oracle HRMS modules.
- Ability to design, develop, and test custom solutions such as interfaces in and out of Oracle HRMS, conversions, reports, and extensions to the Oracle HRMS modules.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the dependencies and relationships between OTL and other Oracle HRMS modules, as well as integration points with non-HRMS modules. Experience integrating OTL with Oracle Projects is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to create and modify fast formulas for Time Entry and Approval Rules.
- Proven ability to modify timecard layouts, including adding fields with the necessary LOV or pick list capability and transferring to related modules.
- Knowledge of workflow and the ability to create custom approval solutions.
- Strong understanding of OTL architecture in both HXC and HXT schemas.
- Proven ability to design and develop approval processes within OTL functionality.
- Solid database and operating system systems knowledge in Oracle, UNIX, etc.
- Ability to effectively document the technical aspects of Oracle solutions.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
