Business Analyst Salesforce

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Business Analyst SalesForce for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Mexico. - 2-4 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience in successfully deploying business analysis tools/techniques (BABOK).
- Advanced knowledge in Agile Scrum Methodology.
- Hands-on experience in requirements analysis, writing user stories, and definition of acceptance criteria.
- Experience in the creation of communication plans and change management for projects and stakeholders.
- Experience in working with complex integrated systems, using creative and strategic thinking to deliver exceptional results.
- Experience in the definition of the business case, producing detailed business justification for investment including ROI and benefits realization.
- Engagement, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including excellent presentation and influencing skills.
- Experience in collaboration to lead, shape and develop innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:

Operate at a functional level in assessing and defining business needs and areas for improvement, proactively seeking out opportunities to enhance and improve in line with strategic goals.
- Assist in requirement analysis, effort estimation and solution/technical design for enhancements.
- Monitor and identify capability gaps and propose potential solutions through research internally and externally.
- Select the appropriate analysis approach to a piece of work, depending on its complexity, level of risk, known assumptions, constraints, and dependencies.
- Plan and manage own and other team member’s activities to meet deliverables and deadlines.
- Perform a quality of analytical work delivered, both their own and the work of others.
- Identify stakeholders from all areas of the business, and actively build and maintain relationships according to individual stakeholder needs and levels of influence.
- Manage plans, including elicitation, approvals, processes, RAID, and scope impacts.
- Conduct changing business priorities with the ability to plan, accounting for potential changes and corrective actions.
- Advanced requirements elicitation and management skill set, including traceability, testing, and validation.
- Lead the work with the business to identify functional and technical requirements, translating the requirements into design specifications reflecting Functional Design, User Interface Design, and Business Process Design.
- Partner with the Architecture team, ensuring the technical solution will deliver the agreed business benefits.
- Analyze and assess solution proposals and able to articulate supporting reasoning. i.e., assessing business readiness, and maximizing value vs. spend.

Will be a plus:

- 1-3 years in SalesForce (development).
- Knowledge of SalesForce architecture.
- Salesforce fundamentals (nice to have certifications).
- Logic & Process Automation.
- Established knowledge of some experience in the HR or Finance domain.
- Experience of working in a global organization with a complex/geographical context.
- Exposure to User-Centered Design and Design Thinking (User Experience, Prototyping, User Interface Design, and Business Process Design).
- Experience in working with and managing third party suppliers/vendors.
