**Job Description**:
**About the Role**
As the leader of the Mexican Production Hub, your primary responsibility will be to drive its growth and success. In addition, you will work closely with clients and global production leads to understand and execute their requirements, ensuring that projects are delivered seamlessly, on brief, on time, and within budget.
Additionally, you will collaborate with global production leads, project managers, and senior stakeholders to drive traffic and utilization with the Mexican production hub.
In summary, your leadership and strategic vision will be essential in driving the success of the Mexican Production Hub while contributing to the company's broader goals.
**Qualifications**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for driving the growth of the Mexican Production Hub
- Working directly with clients and global production leads to understand and execute client requirements
- Strategic plan resources that enable growth
- Lead a team of producers, editors, developers, and designers.
- Responsible for ensuring projects are delivered seamlessly, on brief, on time, and within budget
- Embed a commercially minded culture and lead the team to maximize all commercial opportunities.
- Lead, develop, and optimise production processes
- Delivering work to the high standards
- Implementing and adopting proprietary tech solutions
- Collaborating with global production leads, PMs, and senior stakeholders to drive traffic and utilization with the Mexican production hub
- Mentoring & supporting other production practitioners
- Ensuring best practices are applied across all production deliverables
- Scoping, budgeting & estimating
- Developing client and internal relationships and actively leading retention and development
**What you’ll bring to the role (skills and experience)**
- Excellence in multi-channel production, including Pre & Post Production
- An extensive freelance network across all production products
- Thorough understanding of asset delivery, localisation and asset optimisation
- Proven ability to provide excellent client service
- Commercial-minded strategic thinker
- Ability to foster excellent relationships with senior stakeholders, clients, external partners and colleagues
- Growth mindset
- Highly developed people management and leadership skills
- Ability to lead several projects, managing the team's time and resources
- Ability to work under pressure calmly and effectively and to tight deadlines
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Methodical, proactive self-starter with an eye for detail
