Are you ready to imagine the future and help us transform? Lead-to-Cash is an ELT sponsored process re-engineering program tasked to dramatically simplify and streamline HP's processes from lead generation to cash collection.

**Description**

We are looking for a strong and passionate Executive Assistant to support the L2C L3 & L4 Managers with administrative tasks.

**Key responsibilities**
- Responsible for performing tactical and strategic administrative support tasks for executive level employees of the organization.
- These tasks may include, but are not limited to, scheduling executive appointments and meetings, calendar maintenance for executive level employees, answering/screening/routing telephone calls for executives, preparing expense reports, preparing/editing executive presentations, making travel arrangements, and other established general administrative requirements of the organization.
- Works closely with Executive Assistants to ensure smooth running of all calendars.
- Partners with the L2C Chief of Staff and the L2C Chief of Staff Office.
- Builds a strong network to ensure work is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Understands and ensures adherence to HP policies and procedures, including those related to travel and expenses.

**Experience, knowledge & skills**
- Ability to work with multiple issues/projects and has the experience/ability to support multiple project administrative requirements.
- Ability to engage with all levels at the company and to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and influence skills.
- High degree of flexibility and the ability to work within a fluid, constantly changing environment.
- Ability to work effectively with mínimal supervision.
