**About this opportunity**

As a Clinical Education Analyst, your role is key to facilitating the efficient running of educational events and managing the administrative aspects of Clinical Speakers' engagements. This position requires a detail-oriented person with excellent organizational skills, great communication skills and a proactive approach to facing challenges. You will be responsible for overseeing administrative tasks related to speaker payments, coordinating event logistics in collaboration with agencies, facilitating communication with Speakers and Faculties, managing the speaker platform, providing support in organizing events and carrying out data analysis to optimize processes, and fostering basic university relations.

**In this role, you will**
- Manage speaker payment processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payments.
- Maintain detailed records of speaker contracts, invoices, and payments.
- Collaborate with finance to resolve any payment discrepancies or issues.
- Work with agencies to coordinate logistics for educational events, including venue booking, travel arrangements, and accommodations for Speakers.
- Ensure seamless execution of event logistics, proactively addressing any challenges.
- Manage the Speakers’ platform, updating profiles, uploading materials, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Provide technical support to speakers regarding platform usage and troubleshooting.
- Assist in the planning and execution of educational events, including preparing materials and coordinating onsite logistics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful events.
- Conduct data analysis to track speaker engagement metrics, event performance, and payment processes efficiency.
- Generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of educational activities and inform decision-making.
- Establish and maintain basic relationships with university representatives to facilitate speaker engagements and educational collaborations.
- Coordinate outreach efforts to universities regarding educational events and opportunities for collaboration.

**In this role, you’ll need **
- Bachelor's degree in Dentistry, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Minimun 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with speakers, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and propose improvements.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team.
- Open to develop yourself in relevant software and platforms for data management and analytics.
- Previous experience in administrative roles within Clinical Education or Healthcare settings preferred.
