As a CHIEF OF PEDAGOGY, you will accurately manage the team of instructional designers, follow-up projects to final delivery and customer service to develop content for training programs. You will also be the link to our stores' strategies to standardize the execution of the programs

**Key Responsibilities**
- Optimally craft training programs and content.
- Efficiently build and implement training plans.
- Identification of training needs and dashboard.
- Project management and organization.
- Timely follow up of each project, progress reporting and results.
- Develop close communication with operations team.

**Qualifications**
- Knowledge in pedagogy and training, Project Management, or content authoring tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic design or Communication.
- English proficiency.
- Strong communication skills, flexibility, contact with management levels.
- Experience in the production of audiovisual content and management of audiovisual production projects
- ISO certifications desirable.
