**We are looking for a**:
Accounts Payable Assistant

**Requirements**:
+6 months of experience in: Reception, review and validation of invoices
- Credit notes for payment support to suppliers
- Payment programming
- Payment tracking
- Upload invoices to system
- Report and analysis of balance aging
- Care providers
- Follow-up to ODC
- Expense reimbursement follow-up
- Validation of CFDIs in the SAT
- Reconciliation of balances with suppliers
- Reconciliation of account statements vs. system
- Experience in electronic banking to upload payments/dispersions
- Intermediate English (Desirable)
