**Administrative / Finance Manager**:
**Objective**:
We’re looking for a proven leader in administrative and financial process management. If you have the ability to turn internal operations into measurable results and drive business success—this opportunity is for you. Your leadership and vision will be key in ensuring administrative efficiency within a dynamic and challenging environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and present periodic financial statements that reflect the company’s financial health, enabling informed decision-making through performance analysis and actionable recommendations.
- Supervise working capital management, including control of accounts receivable and payable, while developing strategies to maximize operational efficiency and optimize cash flow timing.
- Design and implement cost optimization strategies, identifying unnecessary expenses and proposing corrective actions to improve daily cash flow and maintain liquidity for financial obligations.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline internal processes, reduce costs, and maximize team productivity.
- Coordinate and develop high-performance work teams, setting clear goals and fostering a results-oriented environment.

**What Do We Require?**:

- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years in Administrative, Financial, or Accounting Management roles.
- Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications will be considered a plus.
- Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of financial management, accounting, treasury, and budget control. / Proficiency in ERP systems, accounting software, and advanced Excel to enhance data and reporting accuracy.
- Key Competencies: Strong negotiation skills with vendors and internal clients to optimize costs and terms. / Strategic thinking and analytical skills to assess financial statements, identify opportunities, and propose profitable solutions. / Ability to coordinate cross-functional activities and align teams to strategic goals.

**We Offer**:

- Monthly gross salary: $41,000 to $43,000 MXN
